If you’ve ever wondered about the difference between a rib and a roast or the best way to cook a Boston Butt, this intimate butchery class will answer your questions on all things pig! Butcher Brian will take you step-by-step through the butchering process of a whole hog. Included in the class cost:
– Whole Hog butchery demo.
– Discussion on how to cook and handle different cuts of pork.
– Snacks included.
– Take home- pasture raised pork- (pork chop/belly)
– Reference materials provided.
Space is limited to 10 guests. Advanced ticket purchase is required to attend.
