– Whole Hog butchery demo.
– Discussion on how to cook and handle different cuts of pork.
– Snacks included.
– Take home- pasture raised pork- (pork chop/belly)
– Reference materials provided.
Space is limited to 10 guests.  Advanced ticket purchase is required to attend.
Refund Policy: If class is cancelled, ticket price is fully refundable. If customer cancels 7+ days in advance of the class, ticket price is fully refundable.  If customer cancels less than 7 days from class, tickets are non-refundable.
