Join us on Saturday, April 8th for an evening of fine Alpine wines and cheeses. Hickory Nut Gap’s chef Nate Sloan will be working together with chef Aaron Schorsch of Saveur the Journey, trans-continental adventurer and culinary explorer. The dinner will consist of 5 Courses including Hors D’oeuvres, paired with an Alpine Wine and local artisanal cheeses created in the style of traditional Alpine cheeses. Ingredients will be locally sourced, including meats from the farm. A complimentary shuttle will be provided from a downtown location to be announced. Tickets are $68 +tax +gratuity.
