Charcuterie with Craig Deihl
Renowned chef & culinary leader Craig Deihl will be leading this in depth class on charcuterie. Students will go home with an increased knowledge in the culinary art of charcuterie.

Making Tasty Sausage Class
Students will learn how to grind and season sausage. Our butcher will run through the basics, then you’ll be split into teams to grind and stuff your own sausages! Students will go home with sausage.

Whole Hog Butchery Class
Students will learn the art of breaking down a hog from tail to snout. Brian is truly a master, with many years of butchery experience under his belt!
