We Love Local.

At Hickory Nut Gap Farm’s Deli & Bakery, we pride ourselves in sourcing ingredients from local businesses and farms. Here on our farm, we raise 100% grassfed beef, pasture raised pork, and pasture raised poultry and eggs. We use meats from our farm in Fairview, as well as Hickory Nut Gap Meats, our wholesale company. We grow our own organic tomatoes and berries, which we use in our sandwiches and baked goods. Here are just a few of our sources:

Brunch: Sundays 10am – 4pm
