Whole Hog Butchery Class
Students will learn the art of breaking down a hog from tail to snout. Learn to utilize every part of the hog!

Making Tasty Sausage Class
Students will learn how to grind and season sausage. Our butcher will run through the basics, then you’ll be split into teams to grind and stuff your own sausages! Students will go home with sausage.
