Buying direct from the farmer is an easy way to close the loop and understand where you food comes from. Whether you live in our small community of Fairview, in Asheville, or drive from Charlotte or Atlanta there is no substitute for buying direct from a farm and closing the loop of your food supply chain. You can choose from fresh and frozen 100% grassfed beef and browse our growing line of pork sausages among other cuts all available the store. During the summer and fall we also have our organic berries and apples for sale in addition to the meats as well as a variety of locally made products from jams, honey and pickles, goat cheese, and mustard to pottery, jewelry and herbal body products.
We value our customer relationships and look forward to seeing those of you who have been buying from since the beginning as well as meeting new faces. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable about the various cuts of meat, how to cook them and will guide you to a cut that fits your palate and your budget.

Buy in Bulk

We offer eight different bulk options of our meat from 20 lb to 60 lb boxes of a variety of cuts in both 100% grassfed beef and pasture raised pork. If you have chosen to feed yourself and your family high quality locally raised meat on a regular basis taking advantage of our bulk buying options will save you money and time. Twenty pounds of meat will easily fit in your refrigerater freezer (move over ice cream) while you may consider a small chest freezer for the sixty pound option.

Meat CSA Pick Up

If you are more on the adventuresome side and would like to be guided through the meat eating process with a montly supply of meat and recipes we invite you to join our CSA. This is a six month commitment for your choice of a 10 lb share ($70/month) or a 15 lb share of meat ($100/month). CSA season runs from April- September and October-May. With sign ups for new members available two months prior to start dates.
Pick up of your CSA box of meat is at the farm store or at one of our farmers market. As a CSA customer you receive our top benefits which includes 10% off any other meat purchased on the day of pick up. This ensures that if you were planning on six pork chops to entertain your guests on Friday and we only had four in the box you can rest assured that you will save 10% buying the extra two you need.
