One piece of beef brisket (approx. 3-3.5 lbs). Roast it slow and low for slicing, BBQ, or shredded beef.
One bone-in Chuck Roast (2-2.5 lbs). A well-marbled, tender beef roast.
One Flank Steak. Marinate it, grill it, slice it! (Approx. 1.20 lbs)
One Flat Iron Steak. A personal favorite here at HNG! 14-16 oz.
One hanger steak (approx. 1 lb). With only one per cow, butcher's often keep this cut for themselves - fortunately we are willing to share!
