How it Works
Bulk orders are classified as 20 lb and 60 lb boxes of beef or pork and quarter sides of beef. If you choose to order one of these quantities you are eligible to receive a discounted price per pound on your purchase as shown in the pricing above. No deposit necessary for boxes of beef or pork. Fifty dollar deposit required on quarter sides of beef.
Packaging & Availability
Our meat is vacuum sealed, labeled and frozen by our processor in portion quantities per package. For example there are usually two steaks per package, four chops per package, and always one pound packages of ground meat.
Please email jamie@hickorynutgapfarm.com or call (828) 628-1027 if you are interested in ordering a bulk amount of meat. We'll put your order together as soon as we have it in the freezer which is usually within two weeks of ordering if not sooner. It is our preference you pick up the order during Farm Store hours Thursdays between 3-6pm or Saturday between 11-3pm.
