Farm Products

This size basket will feed a family of four a modest amount of meat for one month. Each month we select various cuts of beef, pork , and chicken (when in season) to fill your basket. Part of the fun of a CSA is learning to cook new cuts of meat and trying out new recipes. This upcoming CSA session will run from April-September 2013. PIckup is the first Thrusday of every month at the Farm Store from 10-5 in Fairview. If you need your share to be shipped, please also purchase the "shipped 15 lb CSA" option.
